WOW! It’s been awhile I must say. Let me preface this blog post by saying…I’m still paleo and I’m still crossfittin’. Just having trouble making time for everything and the blog was one of the easiest things to put to the waistside. Having said that, I am going to make an effort to get here more often as I have had lot’s of request! How motivating…never new I had so many peeps checking it out.
So, I think I left you just after I got my pull -up! Still trying to perfect those and increase my reps. I am heading a paleo lifestyle challenge at our box. The goal is to get ole timer paleo peeps to individualize their plan and make this more of a lifestyle. For the newbies, I’m just trying to get them accustomed to eating this way. I love seeing the excitement and transformations taking place! WOW My goal this time around is to focus strictly on performance and strength. Some days I feel like Wonder Woman….then there are days I feel like it’s the first time I walked into the box. Almost always, I can pinpoint those feelings around my diet that day…week…etc. What you eat makes a difference!!
One of my most proud moments…and I hope she reads this…was finally getting my BFF on board. After 2 years, she has now started paleo and crossfit and has seen fabulous results. That makes me smile!! Love ya D. Cone!
Alright…gotta go get the roast out of the oven. I’m really looking forward to getting back into this!
